Do NOT have an “intern” handle your social media
accounts. You can’t trust the BRAND of your business with someone who does not
understand how to properly communicate online with potential customers.

Focus on 5 or less social media sites. FOCUS.

Direct your customers to your website. Do you
have a site?

Gather emails; set up a consistent email
campaign for return customers.

Set goals for what you want to achieve weekly.
Accountability.
6.
Does the amount and type of activity you’re
doing, match your desired goals?
7.
Does your digital content (Video & Photos) serve your story and
brand?
