"THE FLAG' film is two short films joined together by the same theme. The first is an Educational / Doc Film- Approximately 10 minutes. 


It covers the meaning of the 13 folds of the American Flag and has celebrities and military veterans share what the Flag means to them. 


The second is a Short Narrative Film 10 minutes It tells the story from a Veterans point of view. 


When a veteran witnesses a University protest and his flag, The American Flag, about to be burned he takes the only action he knows.

Join us Veterans Day, November 11th, 2017! The Clovis Veterans Memorial District will be hosting a myriad of activities for Veterans and community members to participate in, including a Patriotic Concert, Car Show, Film Festival, etc.

A Veteran and one (1) guest are invited to participate in a dinner celebrating Veterans Day on November 11th, 2017 at 6:00pm. Tickets are required and may be reserved and picked up at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District. 

Priority is given to the Veterans that live within our District Boundaries. Tickets include seating assignments, which you will get to choose when you sign up! Doors open at 5:00pm with our no-host cash bar in the Freedom Room and the program is set to begin at 6:00pm.
